Distinguished Guests,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

I consider it is a great honour to have the presence of Your Honorable today for the Opening Ceremony of American Corner, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus and welcome the US Embassy Delegation to Pattani. I hope that all of you have a pleasant journey and that you enjoy your stay in our country.

On behalf of Prince of Songkla University, I wish to take this opportunity to convey through Your Honorable, our sincere appreciation to the US Government and the people of the United States for their continuing and valuable support for the establishment of the American Corner that is a comprehensive collection on American educational and cultural information for our university and especially for the southern most community.

Secretary Harrison, may I, once again, express my deep appreciation for all the kind assistance you and your staff have accorded us. It is my ardent belief that with the cooperation of the US embassy and PSU, the mutual understanding between the people of Thailand and the United States we have been following together will lead to progress and prosperity.
